As a forestry team, Emily and Garrett Trent will work together to ensure first and foremost, that your goals as a landowner are understood. Those goals may vary from earning money from your land, protecting your land for years to come, and specific strategies and plans for creating a hunting paradise.
ABOUT US
Emily functions as our lead forester with over eight years of experience in the field. She has an undergraduate degree in conservation ecology and environmental biology. Emily also holds a masters degree in environmental education. In her free time, Emily works to rehab wildlife rescued from the PA woodlands. Her first steps in the forestry field were working for a nationally known forestry company where she worked in the utilty sector. Emily now works as a conservation forester for a non-profit forestry company where she has conducted hundreds of field visits all over the northeast and completed just as many forest management plans.
Garrett grew up hunting on a 300+ acre property in Southern PA. He acquired an undergrad degree from the Tom Ridge School Of Intelligence Studies and is currently serving as a supervising officer with one of PA's largest police agencies. Garrett's passion outside of law enforcement is the outdoors and hunting the big woods of PA. Do you need someone to help implement food plots? Do you need someone to help with timber cutting to promote the deer holding power on your property? Do you have a new property or are you looking to purchase a new property to set up for hunting success? These areas and many more are well within Garrett's wheel house.
As a team, we aim to provide the most comprehensive assessment of your property. Especially in the hunting/outdoor world, land management sometimes comes at the expense of the overall health of the forest and with our combined experience, the heath of your property will always come first.
If you like our plans for your forest, if it is within our ability, we will be happy to contract with you to complete the physical work on your property to remove invasive species, create bedding areas or food plots or whatever else may be required for your forest.
