With this option, landowners will receive a basic evaluation of their property without a field visit.  Conservation Forester Emily, will conduct a thorough map-based evaluation of your property and advise on the landowners best course of action to preserve their forest.

This option includes a field visit from Conservation Forester Emily, a comprehensive forest management plan in both electronic and paper copies, recommendations on programs that provide the landowner with possible monetary returns and one follow-up visit within three years of the initial visit to confirm progress.  This level will also include a quote for TCM to complete the forestry projects outlined in the FMP.

If you are a hunter, outdoorsman, or otherwise friend to the wildlife in your forest, this is the option for you.  This option will include a visit from Wildlife Habitat Consultant Garrett and where the landowner will receive a detailed Hunting Management Plan report from Garrett regarding recommendations for wildlife and hunting management based on the landowners requirements.

In our most comprehensive option, Landowners will receive a full forest management plan that was compiled by both Wildlife Habitat Consultant Garrett and Conservation Forester Emily in order to provide you with a plan to manage your forest for the health of the vegetation in your forest and for the animals that call it home.  Landowners will have the option at this level to have a cost-free hunting analysis of the property and options on leasing and better hunting practices.  Landowners will also receive a free quote to have TCM complete the forestry projects outlined in the forest and hunting management plan.
